CUSVIC CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Timber Care:
Clean stains and liquid spills immediately, as these can permanently bond if
allowed to soak into the timber.
Regularly clean the surface with a non-abrasive damp cloth. Always dust first
before polishing and in the direction of the grain.
Polish every 3-6 months with a mild polish if required. Do not use products that
contain high levels of silicon or petroleum by-products.
Leather Care:
Dust with a clean dry cloth or use the soft brush attachment on your vacuum
cleaner.
Routinely wipe contact areas of perspiration and body oils regularly.
Remove all liquid and food spills immediately. Wipe with a clean cloth dampened
with proprietary brand leather cleaners for a surface finish leather in accordance
with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Do not use shoe, saddle, floor polishes or laundry cleaning products.
Do not use solvents, cleaning fluids, abrasive powders or pastes.
Do not wet excessively.
Avoid hard rubbing or scuffing.
Wipe with a clean cloth dampened with water to remove residues.
Allow to dry in the shade away from direct heat.
Vacuum gently and often.
Regular use of a proprietary leather conditioner is recommended.
Warranty:
All crafted products bearing the CUS name are warranted against breakdown or failure in materials and faulty workmanship.
If a fault in workmanship or materials does occur please contact your nearest CUS representative.
The fabrics and leathers used are subject to the supplier’s particular warranties and are not covered by CUS.
